When you work with Sweet Little Crumb, you are actually working with me (not a sales team, not a junior, and definitely not a chatbot). I hold a Diploma of Personal Care Science from the Institute of Personal Care Science (IPCS), as well as an advanced skincare diploma, and several industry short courses. I maintain active memberships with both the ASCC and IFSCC. I currently moderate three of the largest cosmetic formulating communities on Facebook and have become somewhat known (infamous?) for providing the kind of long, thorough, parenthetical-heavy answers (I used to use EM Dashes but AI took over em dashes!) that eventually reach the technical heart of the matter.

I built Sweet Little Crumb because I noticed a massive gap between the “big” industry consultancies (who aren’t always the best at replying to start-ups) and the online forums where you mostly find half-answers and conflicting advice. I’ve learned (the hard way, honestly) that misunderstandings happen when things aren’t spelled out clearly, so I’m here to give you absolute clarity on what’s in scope and what isn’t.
